Dr. Whitney Davidson, a board-certified general surgeon at Mercy NWA, brings a unique blend of medical expertise and business acumen to Lighthouse NWA. With a robust background in business management and financial planning, Dr. Davidson has successfully run his own business and medical practice, combining clinical excellence with strategic operational skills. As a founding member of Lighthouse Recovery NWA, he leverages his comprehensive knowledge and experience to support the organization’s mission, ensuring effective and compassionate care for individuals on their path to recovery.

Rachel Davidson

Co-Founder

Rachel Davidson, the current CEO of Ozark Recovery Housing in Kansas City, is a person in long-term recovery with a deep commitment to helping others on their journey to sobriety. As a Certified Peer Specialist (CPS) and Harm Reduction Specialist, Rachel brings a wealth of experience and compassion to her role. She is currently advancing her expertise by working towards becoming a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC), continually enhancing her ability to support and guide those in recovery.
